I said there would be more to come from Jaryn & Brian's wedding. And I am a man of my word. Here is Jaryn & Brian's Ending Highlights. Lots of Super-8 film is mixed together with video for this ending clip from their feature production. Jaryn & Brian also have a full length highlight coming their way too. I am so excited to finally share all of their video with them because they had such a beautiful day and we shot SO MUCH incredible footage on film and video that day. Enjoy this next clip you guys!
Jaryn & Brian were married last year in Philadelphia. This clip is from their center city Philadelphia wedding photo session. My good friend and fantastic wedding photographer, Ryan Estes took Jaryn & Brian to some very cutting edge and unique locations around the Philadelphia Loews Hotel where Jaryn & Brian held their wedding reception. There is more to come from this wedding. I just wanted to get this clip up because I really enjoyed working on it this afternoon!
Amy & Jay (who coincidentally, live right down the street from my old pad in San Francisco) held their wedding at The Mansion on Main Street in Vorhees, New Jersey. Amy is originally from New Jersey, so she and Jay were married her on the East Coast close to family and friends.
This clip is from their photo session with photographer Ryan Estes in Center City Philadelphia. Ryan took Amy & Jay along with their entire wedding party on a brief tour of Philly. We stopped at Logan Square, City Hall and the Ben Franklin Bridge before heading over to The Mansion on Main street for the wedding ceremony and reception.
Congratulations to Amy & Jay! Enjoy this clip you guys. The DVDs are coming to you very shortly!
Jen & Rob were married down the shore last fall. They held their ceremony at Our Lady of the Angels Parish at The Cape May County Courthouse with a reception right on the beach at the Women's Civic Club of Stone Harbor. The day was A LOT of fun. There were just under 50 people in the wedding party I think? Not really, but Jen did have A TON of bridesmaids.
Congratulations to Jen & Rob. Enjoy these clips. The DVDs are on their way!
The first clip is the Super-8 Film "style" photo session.
This clip is the "Ending Highlights" section of Jen & Rob's wedding video. Keep an eye our for the cutest flower girl EVER in the history of weddings!
This Sunday will be Dawn & my 1st wedding anniversary! I just wanted to share a few short videos that I put together over the last year. Some of you may have seen these clips already. The first one is the "Coming Soon" trailer for our wedding video that......I will......eventualy......get around to editing. :0 Dawn has been very patient with me on the video editing front, and as of now these short clips are all that I have gotten finished. I promise it's "coming soon" as the trailer says, as long as you keep in mind that "soon" is relative.
Happy Anniversary Dawn. I love you always. "217"
Alicia & Jeff were married in Downtown Philadelphia in The Atrium at The Curtis Center. The following clip is the "Super-8 Style" photo session we shot wile spending some time with the ladies of Dollface Studios taking photos around Washington Square Park and Independence Park before heading back to The Curtis Center for their wedding ceremony and reception. Congratulations to Alicia & Jeff.
You may remember Barb & Mark from when they were featured on this blog a couple of weeks back. Well, The Philadelphia Inquirer ran a story on Barb & Mark's wedding in the "Living" section of today's paper!
We were of course, very happy to see First Floor Films and our Super-8 film coverage mentioned in the article. Congratulations again you guys. Here is the "Super-8 Short" that we put together for Barb & Mark.
Earlier this winter a few local area wedding photographers and I met up and headed into the cold streets of Philadelphia to shoot some photos, video and super-8 film....kinda just for fun. I put this video together of our exploits. The featured Philadelphia based wedding photographers including myself are: Sofia Negron, Ryan Estes, Joy Moody and Jenn Childress.
Yes, we are all that dorky. Yes, it was a lot of fun. No, I don't regularly take my pants off in public.
Jaryn & Brian had a beautiful ceremony at St. Paul's in South Philadelphia early this winter. We were able to shoot some Super-8 film footage throughout the pre-ceremony preparations and a bit more after the ceremony as photographer Ryan Estes led us all through a very hip and interesting urban photo shoot. Once the sun went down and the temperature dropped a bit, we headed into The Loews Hotel where Jeannine McKnight of Jean Louise Design orchestrated an elegant and stylish reception. Jellyroll played into the night and pretty much brought the house down as everyone danced up a storm!
Congratulations Jaryn & Brian. Enjoy your trailer!
